We have been notified by Philip Williams & Co there has been a glitch with the claims portal when trying to submit an on-line travel claim and can confirm that the matter is being looked at.

When submitting a claim on-line, please type ‘police scheme’ in the reference field that will allow you to click through to the next stage.  This option is probably quicker than trying to call to register a claim, as they are experiencing such high call volumes.
