South Wales Police Federation chair Steve Treharne has paid tribute to PC Kevin Williams on the anniversary of his death.

Kevin (31) died when his police car crashed during a pursuit on 23 October 1986.

Steve said: “Today we remember Kevin and the service he gave to our communities. Our thoughts are with his family, his friends and his former colleagues.”
