South Wales Police Federation has remembered PC Leslie Sears on the anniversary of his death.

Leslie died in a road accident while on traffic patrol on 21 July 1970. He was 28.

Branch chair Steve Treharne said: “Our thoughts today are with Leslie’s family, friends and former colleagues. He will never be forgotten.”
