South Wales Police Federation today remembers PC Ralph Friend.

Ralph (28) died in a motorcycle accident as he rode home from duty on 2 November 1994.

Steve Treharne, chair of South Wales Police Federation, said: “Today we remember Ralph and the service he gave to the Force and our communities. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and former colleagues. It is incredibly important that we remember our fallen colleagues.”
