Make your voice heard in annual pay and morale survey

The Police Federation of England and Wales’s (PFEW) annual pay and morale survey closes open Monday and members in South Wales are being encouraged to complete it.

The survey findings will provide vital evidence to support PFEW in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.

It will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.

Branch chair Steve Treharne said: “It’s more important than ever for our members to make their voices heard loud and clear. Your opinion matters.”

The link to the survey and full details have been emailed to members. If you’ve not received it, please check your junk folder.

And if you have any questions or experience any issues, please email researchanddatacollection@polfed.org.
