Remembering Chief Inspector Christopher Fletcher

South Wales Police Federation chair Steve Treharne today paid tribute to Chief Inspector Christopher Fletcher on the 21st anniversary of his death.

Christopher died from natural causes in his office at Ton Pentre Police Station on 7 August 2000 at the age of 47.

Steve said: “Despite the passage of time, Christopher’s loss is still felt today. He made a huge contribution to policing and to the Force, and the thoughts of everyone at South Wales Police Federation are with Christopher’s family and friends at this time.”
